Dear Friend,

I have some important questions for you. Think carefully as you answer...

  • Have you heard about the superyacht industry and all its benefits and now YOU want a piece of the action?

  • Are you looking for work on superyachts but finding the process incredibly hard and frustrating?

  • Do you have an outstanding student loan or credit card debt and looking for a way to pay off your creditors as quickly as possible?

  • Are you currently working on cruise ships and but now you would like to work on superyachts?

  • Are you looking for a step by step guide on how to find a job on a superyacht?

  • Are you confused about what qualifications you really need in order to find a job on today's superyachts?

  • Are you unsure about whether you are too old to work on superyachts?

  • Are you concerned about the current global economic crisis and how it could affect your job search in the superyacht industry?

If you answered “YES” to any of these questions, then I have some important news for you...

The news is that you are NOT alone.

In fact, that list of questions was created from emails I've received from hundreds of others just like you who are looking to find work in the superyacht industry.

It's a fact: Finding work in the superyacht industry can be a long a hard process if you don't know what you're doing.

Nearly all inexperienced superyacht crew looking for work on today's superyachts have had the experience of finding to be tough, long and challenging.

But is that the REAL truth?

Is the superyacht industry REALLY that hard to crack when you first start out?

Is there any hope?

Why Inexperienced Superyacht Crew
Struggle To Find Work...

When you are not successful at something its not a fun feeling...

But an even worse feeling than that is NOT KNOWING WHY.

I know this very well because I've had that feeling when I first started out in the superyacht industry as a deckhand...

So I started to search for information that could possibly put an end to ALL my frustration.

BUT, I could find very little information if anything at all about how to find work in the superyacht industry.

There were a few books but much of the content was outdated or totally incorrect!

There was nothing - and I mean NOTHING - that provided tips, strategies, methods and real world insider knowledge that could be used to make the process of finding work in the industry so much easier AND then showed you how to master the job once you landed your first position.

The Secret Reasons Why Most
Newcomers Fail At Finding Work
In The Superyacht Industry...

See, most 'green' (new) superyacht crewmembers actually fail to master the superyacht industry for one of two reasons.

Firstly, they simply didn’t have the skills, certificates and insider knowledge that would enable them to perform the job to a level that is required of them and secondly, because they didn't REALLY know what they were getting themselves into before they joined the superyacht industry in the first place!

I'll admit it. I know all about that experience, as I was THAT superyacht crewmember.

But I'll let you in on another little secret…it does NOT have to be that way.

As an 'industry outsider' I learnt that the toughest part of the superyacht industry is actually finding work in the first place and NOT necessarily dealing with the personal aspects of crew life onboard.

If you can find a job AND do that job very well then in all probability you could go on to be an amazing success within the superyacht industry.

But what you MIGHT not understand is that finding work in the superyacht industry boils down to variables and in order to get what YOU want you have to understand what these variables are and how they influence your situation.

I've discovered that at the end of the day it's the little things that determine who gets the job and who doesn't.

"When I joined the S.A.C, I knew that I wouldn't be able to watch the training video's at home as my internet connection isn't fast enough to support streaming content. I had to keep driving 8 miles to my local town to use the internet in my local library to view video's. This meant that I could not view the tutorials whenever I wanted, which slowed my learning of the tutorials provided.

I contacted Matt Brown at the S.A.C and told him my problem. He emailed me back and said he'd copied all the tutorial video's onto a disc and mailed them to my home address completely free of charge. The disc arrived in the post 2 days later. Ive been using it lots and have found it very helpful as I can now watch whenever I want. Ive now mastered most of the knots that Matt shows in the knot tieing video.

For anyone who hasn't joined the S.A.C but are thinking of doing so, I do recommend the site to anyone. It's very informative, the service is great and unlike many websites out there that tell you about working on the yachts - this one is run by someone who has real experience and actually knows what they are talking about. Get onboard!!

Little Known Ways To Crush
The Competition With A Killer CV / Resume

As with any new job application you'll need to have a great CV/Resume - however, I've seen hundreds of CVs from new applicants and these are some of the most common errors industry outsiders make with their CV.

PLEASE, make sure you don't make these mistakes with your CV/Resume as it could cost you a job on a superyacht.

1. Incorrect Photo To Use On Your CV

In your photo, you should be wearing a plain polo shirt or something smart in front of some yachts or a plain background.

Avoid pictures of you at the beach, on a night out and especially drinking.

2. Inappropriate Formatting And Layout

Your CV should be all lined up, in the same font (justified) with your photo either in the top right hand corner or the centre.

Whatever you do, make sure it looks PROFESSIONAL.

Do not make it too long either, keep it to two pages at the most.

Also ensure that it as clear as possible and put it in chronological order with your last employment position listed first.

Most people (especially Captains) don't have time to read the whole CV, so if it is clear and they can scan it quickly this will improve your chances a great deal.

If you have a season's worth of experience in the superyacht industry, or if you have been working as a day worker, then this information should be listed in a separate section of your CV as maritime experience, with a separate section for land-based experience.

3. Plug The Gaps With ACCURATE Information

Leaving out recreational/personal sailing experience, dayworking or the fact that you get seasick can be to your disadvantage.

All experience is good experience
and mentioning that you do not suffer from seasickness can go some way to proving that you have your sea legs.

Daywork is particularly important as it shows you are being PROACTIVE and getting out there rather than waiting for a job to come to you.

4. The Art Of Being SPECIFIC But Not Boring

Make sure you explain what your previous employment included.

ALWAYS mention your job title, exact dates (so many people are vague about this, particularly with daywork; they put just the month, presumably to make it appear longer, but one day is very different from one month), location of the job (which country and where in the country), and all the main duties that you carried out.

There is no need for this to be lengthy; duties can be bullet pointed.

5. The Correct Way To Use References

You must provide a minimum of two references, ideally from yachts or previous employments.

If you have been self-employed or don't have any references, then it is VITAL you get a character reference from a family friend, etc.

DO NOT put your boyfriend/girlfriend or your immediate family, as they will obviously be biased.

What I Present To YOU Now
Is The Definitive Guide For Finding
Work On Superyachts In Super Rapid Time...
AND From Just A Few Top Secret Techniques That
The 'Other Industry Outsiders' Simply Don't Know About...

See, when I started in the superyacht industry, I started blogging about my experiences and writing for a number of magazines and websites - and soon I began receiving emails from prospective superyacht crewmembers on a monthly, then weekly and now daily basis about how best to find work on superyachts.

It wasn't long before I came to realize that many prospective crew (stewardesses, deckhands, engineers, chefs, etc) are confused about how to actually do this, how to acquire the appropriate training certificates, where to start their job search, and many other issues that surround the superyacht industry, but the underlying tone of all the emails I received was really about how to be successful at a superyacht crew career.

So I began on a journey that revealed many aspects of the superyacht industry that even I didn't know about it... AND I was already working on one of the worlds leading superyachts. You can see a picture of my yacht below:

M/Y Allegria

Through months of research, countless conversations with many other deckhands, officers, Captains and other industry insiders... BUT most importantly, through my OWN experience - I've discovered exactly what the variables are that determine who is successful in the superyacht industry and how to use them to beat the rest of the competition.

And now... I want to share my discoveries with YOU.

I've just put the finishing touches on a brand new product designed to empower you to begin your career in the superyacht industry and that will arm you with the essential and most powerful information available at your fingertips whenever you need it.

My new training program is called, "The Superyacht Access Club".

It is also known as the 'big brothers guide to the superyacht industry' for one simple reason—it literally takes you by the hand and guides you through each critical step in the process of finding work in the superyacht industry but not only this, it also shows you how to MASTER the job before you've even had an interview with a prospective employer!

In my membership site, you're going to learn some of the secrets and strategies I've used to beat the rest of the competition at dockwalking, dealing with crew agencies, job interviews, passing maritime training exams and much, much more.

We're going to focus on the critical skills required to find work in the superyacht industry AND set the foundation for a successful superyacht career from the very start...

One of the reasons I created this program was because I wanted to give you insights and be honest about the things that some industry insiders do not want you to know.

We're going to spend some critical time together learning how you can go from being totally inexperienced to holding your own superyacht Captains license in under six months.

I know HOW to do this because that is exactly what I achieved.

You're going to learn at LEAST 30 different ways to quickly and easily beat the 'other industry outsiders' in the market place as well as the specifics surrounding training certificates and experience you must hold to find work on superyachts no matter what position you are looking for.

I'm also going to show you how to avoid looking like you're totally new to the industry (even though you might be) and how you can create the perception in whatever superyacht you’re working on that you’re a seasoned professional and vitally important to the success of any superyacht and their crew.

And that's just the tip of the iceberg...

But Don't Take My Word For It...

Neil Maxwell-Keys
Best-selling author - Get A Cruise Ship Job

When I first had the idea of taking a career break and started looking into the super yacht industry, I was bombarded with information across the internet. Every Google search I did resulted in thousands of sites claiming to have the inside track, the training or the recruitment connections to make it in the super yacht industry. Yet I still had many basic, unanswered questions. Were any of these sites reputable? How much training would I need? What are the down sides? How do I get started? Where do I go? What time of year?

I happened to stumble upon Matt’s blog and immediately noticed that here was a guy who was very upfront about what he did, proud of what he did and more importantly had been there and pretty much done that. The news that Matt was writing a guide to becoming and succeeding as a deckhand was music to my ears. Having read the book I can say that it is the perfect guide for anyone looking to kick off a career in the super yacht industry. All of the basic questions I had asked myself, are collated in the book. Of particular help to me was:

1) Recommended training – amazing no other sites are this honest or go into this detail
2) Dockwalk techniques – unique info
3) Visa tips – cut through the crap
4) Resources – how to do it

All of a sudden here is the one resource you need to plan a successful (important word) career in the industry. So as I start my journey from one life to the next, I want to thank Matt for making the path much clearer and allowing a complete novice like me to set realistic career goals in a truly aspirational industry.

I can highly recommend reading this book and indeed keeping as a reference point. I’ve lost track of the number of times I’ve referred to it just in the past 3 weeks, just to answer another question that had popped into my head. It’s going to be an exciting, difficult and ultimately rewarding journey and I can’t wait. Matt, thanks for your willingness to share knowledge and help others. I’ll hopefully bump into you in some port around the world.

That's why I've designed the Superyacht Access Club to resolve this situation PERMANENTLY...

In addition, to the best of my knowledge there is nothing else like this out there on the market... AND to quote one of my books readers, "it's good that the Superyacht Access Club has been designed by someone who has been there and done that on more than one occasion. They have also gone out into the superyacht industry and obtained information that quite frankly isn't found anywhere else."

Here's What YOU Are Going To Get...

Free Two Week Membership To The Superyacht Access Club.

The Superyacht Access Club is a social learning site for anyone wishing to work as crew on superyachts.

As part of the launch of the Superyacht Access Club – we went out into the superyacht industry to get you the latest information from real industry insiders: Superyacht Captains, recruitment agents, training experts and of course a number of superyacht crew were all interviewed to hear what they had to say about their experiences working in the superyacht industry.

You can listen to a preview of the Superyacht Access Club below.

So How Much Does This All Cost?

I’m going to be up front with you. When I was deciding how much to charge for members to the Superyacht Access Club, I wanted to make it really EXPENSIVE. It’s human nature to value something more when you pay a LOT for it. Have you ever bought something so CHEAP that you never bothered even using it? It might have been a really fantastic product that could help you, but because it was so CHEAP, you didn’t value it enough to give it a try.

So, as part of my commitment to help you succeed in the superyacht industry - I've decided to give you all of the above for $1!!

That's right - you get all of the above for only $1 - all you have to do is sign-up right now.

Call me crazy - but after you try out the Superyacht Access Club for the first two weeks for only $1 - I know you'll be blown away by the value that I know you wouldn't mind paying just $27.00 per month for the next 4 months to get lifetime access to the latest industry insider information - all of which has been created and designed to give you the highest quality training available.

But then I remembered that the people who need Superyacht Access Club the most, are those who are looking to find work OR are still struggling to find work in the superyacht industry. So, after much deliberation, I chose to price access to the Superyacht Access Club to allow the masses to afford it.

If you ORDER YOURS NOW, you can own all of the above for $1.  After your initial two weeks training if you choose to stay on it's just 4 low monthly payments of $27.00 for lifetime membership to the Superyacht Access Club !

I know, I know… It’s ridiculously cheap.

My friends and colleagues keep telling me to make it more expensive, but for the time being, I’m going to keep it available for FREE and trust that you will use it.

How much is finding work on superyachts and pursuing a successful superyacht crew career worth to you? $500.00? $1,000.00? $5,000.00?

Oh, and one last thing: this is the lowest price I am prepared to give my information away at, and there is a very good chance that the price will rise to $97 per month at any time soon.

Unless you are already working in the superyacht industry for at least three years, there is a very good chance you do not know these techniques - and you are going to get left behind very quickly, as more industry outsiders become aware of these underground methods.

Remember that the gap between the super successful crewmembers and the broke ones is widening each and every day - the question is, which side do you want to be on? You must make a decision now, while this opportunity is still on the table.

Because soon, it will be gone. Maybe forever...

Your Last Chance...

Ok, look—the choice is yours.

You could spend thousands of dollars on training courses and spend three months looking for a permanent position, only to be told day after day by, week after week, month after month by crew recruitment agencies and potential employers that there are no jobs available for you.

Do you really want to run the risk of leaving your job search empty handed?

See, I know this happens more and more as each superyacht season passes. Many industry outsiders today leave their job search disheartened and perhaps worst of all... DISILLUSIONED about an industry which really promises so much on so many levels.

Look, its a fact—do you want to wind up spending your last hard earned cash, to buy a one way plane ticket home, returning broke and perhaps thinking to yourself, "If only I was able to find that one permanent job on a superyacht, then everything would be different"?

Well, I'm Here To Help YOU Avoid
That Situation Entirely...

Here's what I hope to help you achieve...

Now, just stop and imagine the scene:

You wake up in the morning of your first day onboard one of the worlds most luxurious superyachts. You eat your breakfast prepared by a professional chef and step out on the deck.

You look around you at crystal clear water, and you pinch yourself because you realise you're in paradise as the sun beats down on your skin.

You jump into your superyachts tender worth a cool $200,000 and drive away on the mornings "reckie" as you scout out islands and beaches for your guests last day on the yacht.

You spend the entire day snorkeling, riding jet skis and wakeboarding with the guests. Finally, your guests leave that evening and they thank you for an unforgettable experience in paradise.

You head out that evening with your crew and eat in some of the finest restaurants and party till the early hours of the morning. You head back to your floating palace content and happy.

A week later you check your bank account and see that your account has risen by $8,000 in a single month.

You then realise you've received a $5,000 tip and your $3,000 salary (both tax free) in less than a month but the best part about all of this is that you get to do it all over again the following week.

This is a VERY REAL possibility if you apply the methods and strategies in this program. If you're still in doubt, checkout this video for a snap shot of a day in the life of a superyacht crewmember:

The "Superyacht Access Club" is a great resource for those who wish to pursue a career as a superyacht crewmember in the yachting industry. Like in most industries, in today's market, competition can be fierce and the more you know, the more you can grow.

Even though the industry can be glamorous, it must also be remembered and understood that yachting is a profession that comes with high standards and qualifications. This includes not just keeping a boat looking good, but running well and even more importantly, safely.

I highly recommend this guide to anyone getting started aboard life on the water as a superyacht crewmember in the world of yachting.

Shawn Hardman (Captain M/Y Happy Days)

Mathew Brown has, in a very concise and clear manner, broken down the steps to making a career in the competitive market of the worlds super yacht industry. He explains that given the right motives and mental attitudes a position on board a multi million dollar superyacht is attainable. Furthermore he illustrates the necessary procedure to climbing the ladder of yachting hierarchy, and hence living a lifestyle a large portion of us only dream about!

His clear numbered points make learning what needs to be done in order to make the required impression with the right people easy; from crew agents to captains, from yacht brokers to the crew you work with. Matt undoes the knots that "green" crew have been battling to untie for years.

Real interviews from people working within the industry, including himself, give an insightful look into the world that has essentially become the playground for the rich and famous. Captains tell what they need to see in an inexperienced crewmember and Matt shares all on polishing out your problems on a superyacht.

A step-by-step walk through of the skills and tickets needed to make it into the industry and how to continue to work your way up to captaining one of the most luxurious vessels on the globe.

I recommend this as an essential handbook for those both looking to find their way either into, or within, the yachting world. It is a valuable tool that I will certainly be using to my full advantage when going up against other deckhands also looking to make it on board a superyacht full time.
